FUNCTIONALITY OVERVIEW

This application allows the user to adjust stock on a pallet. The adjustment is posted to SYSPRO at the same time. 

STANDARD PROCESS

  • Enter Track ID /pallet number to be adjusted

  • If there is more than 1 stock code on the pallet, a stock code will need to be selected from a drop down list. If there is 1 stock code only, the stock code will auto populate. The same functionality applies to lot numbers.

  • Adjustment quantity must be entered,

  • Track ID reference and comment are optional

  • Comment is stored against the tracking ID history (this is usually some sort of explanation or reason for doing the adjustment)

  • Track ID reference is stored against the tracking ID history

  • Click post to adjust SYSPRO and DATASCOPE by the quantity entered

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • The reference posted to SYSPRO inventory movements depends on the system setting General>ReplaceWMSReference.

If the setting is Y, the reference posted will be IV### where ## is the Tracking ID number that was adjusted. 
If the setting is N, the reference will be whatever is specified in the system setting InventoryAdjustment>InvAdjReference
