A Picking TrackID is generated automatically at the point of picking during the pick slip creation process. This TrackID has the same number as the pick slip plus the warehouse code.

This TrackID is used to move the stock from the supplying TrackID (whether this is a Pickface bin or a bulk pallet) onto the picking slip TrackID.

A TrackID passes through several statuses in the system as transactions take place. Each TrackID Type has different statuses, but generally, when a TrackID is generated, the first status is CREATED.

See below the various statuses per TrackID Type.

The Picking TrackID Type has the following statuses:

  • CREATED

  • PRINTED

  • ASSIGNED

  • STARTED

  • PICKED

  • CHECKED

  • SHIPPING

  • INVOIVCED/DNOTE

  • DISPATCH

  • COMPLETE

  • LOADED/UNLOADED

  • CANCELLED
