The DATASCOPE WMS solution has two distinct versions.

FASTTRACK WMS - the low-cost, subscription-based version aimed at mid-tier companies that want a quick and easy implementation.

DATASCOPE PREMIUM - is the more advanced solution for large distribution and manufacturing sites with complex requirements requiring more advanced WMS modules.

Registration for the two versions is slightly different.

FASTTRACK WMS Registration process

Welcome to the FASTTRACK WMS How to sign-up user guide. This guide covers all the areas of the Registration process, including how you sign up for the monthly subscription and how to access the secure zone, where you must follow the steps to download and install the software and do the installation and configuration of the software without prior experience.

There is a free accreditation course available on our Datascope University to assist you with the installation and configuration process.

Along with other in-depth user guides in the secure zone, you will have all the necessary information to download, install, configure and start using FASTTRACK WMS.

You will already have registered on the main DATASCOPE WMS website by selecting the Click here to Register for FASTTRACK WMS link and completing the Registration form.

Our capable team did email you login details to log on to our secure zone, where you will see the following menu:

This menu is a step-by-step guide for fully implementing your FASTTRACK WMS software for your business. Each step contains a detailed Quick User Guide and a comprehensive video on what must be done in each step.

If any assistance is required during the registration or sign-up process, you can go to the Support menu and Log a Ticket.

Welcome to the FASTTRACK!

The first menu item has two informative videos that give you a brief overview of our company and the process that will be followed to implement the FASTTRACK WMS software.

This is the start of the purchasing section.

Browse to the second menu item 1. Get FASTTRACK WMS

Get FASTTRACK WMS

Here you will place the order for your software. There are various options to choose from, each priced according to the number of user licenses you want to purchase.

Review this screen and decide on how many licenses to purchase.

All options have an initial sign-up fee, which covers the first three months of the subscription, whereafter it will change to a monthly subscription fee.

The initial fee is payable immediately, and the monthly payment will only be charged after the first three months period has passed.

Click on the Select License option button at the bottom of the screen. You will be redirected to the next screen, where you can select the number of user licenses from the drop-down list.

Once you have selected your option, the Sign up now button will be activated, or you can select the View Cart button.

The cost associated with your option will also be visible on the screen.

A list of accredited partners is also available – these are all companies based in different countries that are accredited to implement FASTTRACK WMS within your business. You are not obliged to select a partner if the lead person implementing FASTTRACK WMS has completed the DSU accreditation program.

You can sign-up for the free accreditation program on the main DATASCOPE WMS homepage or click on the link https://datascopewms.com/resources/dsu-university/. You will require about a week of your time to complete the course before starting with the installation. Once you are accredited, you can go ahead and implement the software.

Next, you have the option to go directly to the Sign-up screen or to view your Cart first. Let us Review the Cart.

View Cart

The Cart screen is broken into two columns. On the left-hand side, you will see your selection detail with the cost laid out, and on the right-hand side, you will see the Cart Totals and the Proceed to Checkout button.

Notice that the sign-up fee is payable immediately, and the monthly fee only kicks in after three months. The First renewal date is visible in the Cart Totals section.

Next, you can click on the Proceed to Checkout button. You will be redirected to the Checkout screen.

Checkout

On this screen, you must capture all your company details and payment information. You will also be presented with your final Order details.

Again, you must agree to our Terms and Conditions.

Select the Sign up now button to proceed. This process is placing your order in the background, and our team is busy preparing your License file.

Note: The License file is a prerequisite to start with the installation of FASTTRACK WMS.

The License file will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

You will be redirected to a summary screen with an overview of your purchase. An automated email with the invoice for the initial three-month fee will be sent to you.

From here, you can follow the step-by-step process on how to install, configure and use your FASTTRACK WMS software.

We strongly advice that you must first complete the FASTTRACK WMS Accreditation Certificate on the DATASCOPE University.

DATASCOPE PREMIUM Registration process

As the DATASCOPE PREMIUM version is for larger, more complex distribution and manufacturing sites, the client must start the registration process with discussions with one of our DATASCOPE Solution Providers (DSP)

Easy to follow migration steps are available when you are registered for FASTTRACK WMS, but want to migrate to DATASCOPE PREMIUM. Contact our Helpdesk for assistance.
