The underlying SQL scripts are very useful when you work on various KPI measures. These scripts have been written to extract logical performance measures. There are two KPI types:

  • Statistical KPIs - These are focused on reporting data on business performance. A typical example is a Picker Statistics report that shows each picker's actual picking performance for a specific time—say a day, week, or even a day so far today.

  • Alert KPI - These KPIs focus on reporting data on things that need attention. An example of this would be a list of receiving bin pallets that have been in the bin for more than 2 days, or a list of stock codes that have not pick face setup in the warehouse.

The ideal here is for you to use these scripts as a base and then tailor them for your client.
