System Settings
To review and confirm your printer settings within DATASCOPE WMS you must follow the steps below.
Note: These settings are preconfigured, so you don’t need to change anything.

Open FASTTRACK WMS
On your Ribbon bar select Settings / System Settings
Search for General on the System Name drop-down
Browse to PRINTING_MODEL_TYPE and ensure this is set up as PRINT_SERVER
Note: This setting will allow FASTTRACK WMS to communicate with the Cloud Printing Service we configured in Configuring the Cloud Print Service. The print jobs will be created within Crystal, within the Container, and then handed over to the Print service to be printed.
Once confirmed that the settings are correct you can close FASTTRACK WMS
Once you have confirmed that the Print settings are correct within FASTTRACK WMS you can continue to the next step of checking that there are no print jobs in the Windows Printer queues.
