SYSPRO
During the installation phase of FASTTRACK WMS, certain SYSPRO Settings must be updated to work with FASTTRACK WMS.
One of these settings is the key types and presentation lengths to ensure that the presentation length and key types are correct to be compatible with status codes within FASTTRACK WMS.

The next Setup Option you must go to is Keys > Distribution – Sales Management.
Use the Quick Search bar and type in Presentation Length for easy access.
Within the Search Results, scroll down to Presentation length – Distribution – Sales Management. Select to open the Keys > Distribution – Sales Management screen.
On the Keys > Distribution – Sales Management screen, the following fields must be updated as follows:
Sales Orders
Key type = Numeric
Presentation Length = 15
Note: The Key types must be set to Numeric because when doing an RMA with a Credit note, the number must be posted back to SYSPRO.
Note: Exit completely out of SYSPRO for the changes to take effect.
