Cycle Count Reason Codes [STK012]

You can select Cycle Count Reason Codes from the Reason drop-down when counting the physical stock on the floor with the HTML5 scanner (using the Cycle Count module). This module allows you to create these Reason codes.

The Reason codes can be viewed on the Cycle Count Approval screen.

• Add a Description in the Description field.

• You can say whether this must be the default Reason code within the Reason code drop-down in the HTML5 Cycle Count module.

• Add a GL code

• Select Apply

• Once created, these Cycle Count Reason Codes will be available on the Reason drop-down within the HTML 5 Cycle Count module.
