User Default Printing Stations [SET093]

Printing Stations can be created to move away from Warehouse and System Action Printing to one printer. The station number allows many of the same system actions against one warehouse, each with a different printing station number. Additionally, default print stations can be defined per user and changed at logon or ad hoc in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.

In the event that no Print Stations are set up and multiple options are present, a default printer can be pre-selected.

To set a default Print Station per user:

  • Select the row next to the start and enter the user’s name.

  • Select the Default Printing Station from the drop-down.
