The DATASCOPE WMS BlackBox monitor is a simple environment monitoring application for new and existing sites.
This monitor can identify any possible problems in performance within an environment.
It is advised to run this tool prior to configuring any servers or installing DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS.
The monitor generates a daily PDF report with some graphical representations of several metrics, these include:
SQL Server CPU/Memory
SYSPRO CPU/Memory
WMS CPU/Memory
Network Latency
SYSPRO E.Net Performance
