Download and Install Bullzip PDF Printer

To download the Bullzip PDF Printer application you must open your browser and search for bullzip or click on the following link - https://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/download.php

This is a Free PDF Printer that allows you to print to a PDF document from any Microsoft Windows Application.

  • Once you have the website open you can browse to the Download option and select PDF Printer

  • Select the Click here to download button

  • Once the file is downloaded you can open your Windows Explorer and browse to your Downloads folder

  • Double-click the Setup file to install the PDF Printer

  • A pop-up will appear asking you to select the setup language.

  • Next, you will have to accept the License Agreement. Select I accept the agreement and click on Next

  • You can use the standard installation directory. Select Next

  • The next screen is a shortcut that will appear in your Start Menu folder. Select Next

  • The Dependencies screen will appear. Leave all three items checked and select Next

  • Select Next for the installation to start. This might take a couple of seconds as a couple of components must install

  • Once completed running you can select Finish

Create a default folder.

Once the Bullzip PDF Printer is installed you must create a folder on your group drive. This is the folder where your saved pdf documents will export to.

  • Open Windows Explorer

  • Locate your C: Drive and right-click to open a pop-op menu

  • Select New / Folder and name the folder IISPDFPrinter

Configure BullZip

Define the Output folder and change the printer’s name. The Output folder must point to the IISPDFPrinter folder you have created, and the printer’s name must be updated in order to be picked up by FASTTRACK WMS.

  • Open your start menu, the BullZip PDF Printer Options will be visible, or you can search for it from your windows search.

  • Click to open

  • On the General TAB you can change the directory by selecting the browse button next to the File Name and browse to the location where you created the IISPDFPrinter folder. The file name can remain as is

  • Select Apply

  • A pop-up will confirm that the settings saved successfully

Update the Printer Name

Open your start menu, type in Printers and Scanners, or you can search for it from your windows search

  • Open Printers & scanners and locate the Bullzip PDF Printer

  • Open the Printer Properties and select the General Tab

  • Amend the Printer name to IISPDFPrinter

  • Select OK to save the changes

The Bullzip PDF Printer will now be renamed, and it will match up automatically with the FASTTRACK WMS name within the system.

Update IISPDFPrinter settings

Some IISPDFPrinter system setting must be updated.

  • Search for IISPDFPrinter Options from the Windows search bar.

  • Open the General tab and update the following File Name and checkboxes.

    • Change the File Name to C:\IISPDFPriner\<guid>.pdf

    • Uncheck all the checkboxes under Output.

  • Open the Dialogs tab and ensure no popups are enabled.

  • Open the Actions tab and ensure the Show Document setting is set to No
