Quality Control / Quality Test Concession [QUC021]
This module is used to release TrackIDs linked to a test/sample that has failed.

Try it!
From the Main Menu, browse to Quality Control / Quality Test Concession.
The Quality Test Concession screen will open.
Enter the Test Result ID or use the lookup icon to locate the Test Result. (again, the Product Inspection Lookup screen will appear)
Enter a concession numberin the Con. Number field.
Select one of two Next Action options:
o Return to Supplier
o Move to Quarantine
o Release TrackID under concession (this screen is still in development stage)
Enter an appropriate comment in the Comment field.
Select Post
TrackIDs that was put ONHOLD due to the test failing, will be updated to ACTIVE
A Concession Report will automatically be printed for this process.

Note: The Concession Report is a Crystal Report document that can easily be modified to suit your needs. For more information, refer to Customizing Crystal Reports User Guide. |
This will update the linked TrackID from ONHOLD to ACTIVE in the background and record that each TrackIDs concession has been processed.
