Warehouse Setup / TrackID Maintenance / TrackID Creation Advanced - WHS044
After a Credit Note was processed within SYSPROs RMA module, the returned stock must be placed back into DATASCOPE WMS, and SYSPRO and DATASCOPE WMS must be balanced.
The TrackID Creation Advanced module within DATASCOPE WMS will be used for this. The warehouse and bin location that you return the goods to via the SYSPRO RMA Credit note has been selected, and the stock in the RETURNS bin in SYSPRO was returned in the data grid.

To create a multiple stock code TrackID, you have the option to edit the QTYs for two lines and add both to one TrackID
Select both lines under the Select column.

---|
Note: If you want to create multiple stock code TrackIDs for the same bin, you can mark both in the Select column and edit the quantities for both lines. Right-click and select Allocate Selected Lines To New TrackID. Both stock codes will then be added to the same TrackID. IMPORTANT – this will only work if the bin is the same for both stock codes, as TrackIDs can only ever live in one bin location at a time. |

Note: To add multiple stock codes to the same TrackID, we need to update a Warehouse setting for that specific Warehouse. On the Ribbon Bar go to Settings / Warehouse Settings and select the applicable Warehouse.

Update the Receipt Quantity field for both selected lines.
Right-click on the lines and select Allocate selected lines to a new TrackID.
