Returns Management

Return management refers to managing the inventory return to a warehouse, including the receipt, inspection, processing, and disposition of returned items.

Several return options are available in DATASCOPE WMS.

In the simple return mode, all credit notes are processed directly into SYSPRO using the SYSPRO RMA module to return the product to a selected returns warehouse and bin location. Once the credit has been processed, the DATASCOPE Advanced TrackID labeling module opens the credit note and prints a master TrackID. This barcoded label is given to the floor staff, and the required transactions are posted to move the stock back into inventory.
