  • From the Main Menu, browse to Quality Control / Quality Test Concession.

  • The Quality Test Concession screen will open.

  • Enter the Test Result ID or use the lookup icon to locate the Test Result. (again, the Product Inspection Lookup screen will appear)

  • Enter a concession numberin the Con. Number field.

  • Select one of two Next Action options:

o   Return to Supplier

o   Move to Quarantine

o   Release TrackID under concession (this screen is still in development stage #8222)

  • Enter an appropriate comment in the Comment field.

  • Select Post

  • A Concession Report will automatically be printed for this process.

Note: The Concession Report is a Crystal Report document that can easily be modified to suit your needs. For more information, refer to Customizing Crystal Reports User Guide.

The RPT template must be configured under System Settings/ QUALITY_CONTROL System Name. Locate the QC_FINAL_RESULT_REPORT Setting Name and add the RPT template (DATASCOPE_QC_RESULTREPORT_LETTER.rpt)

  • This will update the linked TrackID from ONHOLD to ACTIVE in the background and record that each TrackIDs concession has been processed.
