Stock Take and Cycle Counting / Stock Taking / Stock Take By Bin [STK002]

Re-run a SYSPRO Stock Take Variance Report to review the figures. The stock take can be confirmed once comfortable with the QTY variances and the financial impact.

  • Under First, confirm the stock take in SYSPRO. From SYSPRO Programs, browse to Inventory / Stock Take System / Transaction Processing / Reports / Stock Take VarianceConfirmation.

  • The Stock Take Variance selection Confirmation screen will open, where you must select the appropriate Warehouse and selected bin range.

  • Select Process

  • The Stock Take Variance Report will be displayed.

  • After reviewing the SYSPRO Stock Take Variance Report, you can confirm the stock take or perform a re-count on any variances you are not happy with.

  • Select the Warehouse.

  • Select the Start Processing button. This will update only your SYSPRO stock take and Lot QTYs.

  • After posting the SYSPRO count, post the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS count.

  • On the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS Stock Take by Bin screen, select the Confirm WMS Stock Take button.

  • This will update all the DATASCOPE WMS TrackIDs, stock codes, and Lots.

Note: To restart the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS stock take, use the Cancel WMS Stock Take button. Re-open a new stock count with another range of bin locations.

The Stock Take by Bin module is very handy when you do not want to process an entire wall-to-wall Stock Count and when you want to count more than just one bin location during cycle counting.
