Stock Take and Cycle Counting / Stock Taking / Stock Take By Bin [STK002]
The Stock Take by Bin module is between a full Stock Take and a Cycle Count, where a range of bin locations is selected and placed into a ‘stock count mode.’ A good example would be if you want to count one complete warehouse rack so that you can place just that rack’s bin locations in a ‘stock count mode.’ When the snapshot file is created, all inventory movement must stop into and out of those bins. Inventory movement should only recommence once the Stock Take by Bin process has been confirmed.
