Try it!

• From the Main Menu, browse to Quality Control / Quality Test Concession.

• The Quality Test Concession screen will open.

• Enter the Test Result ID or use the lookup icon to locate the Test Result. (again, the Product Inspection Lookup screen will appear)

• Enter a concession number in the Con. Number field.

• Select one of two Next Action options:

o   Return to Supplier

o   Move to Quarantine

o   Release TrackID under concession

• Enter an appropriate comment in the Comment field.

• Select Post

• TrackIDs that was put ONHOLD due to the test failing, will be updated to ACTIVE.
