Reference - Replenishment / Simple Replenishment / Pick face Replenishment Review Pickface Replenishment Review (Warehouse Movements) [REP010]

Pickface replenishment is a process whereby pickface bins (which are the bins that are typically on the lower levels of warehouse racking) are replenished by bulk bin locations (which are typically the bins that are on the upper levels in the warehouse) to make the picking on the floor level a streamlined task for warehouse staff.

WMS has an automatic pickface calculation program that continually checks the stock levels in all pickface bins and generates replenishment records for users to pick and fill up the pickface locations periodically. Different rules govern this calculation.

Once your pick face bins have been set up and configured, the WMS Replenishment module will automatically start generating requirements against each bin location.

The warehouse supervisor would monitor the progress of these replenishments using the PC-based Pickface Replenishment Review screen.
