Warehouse scanners and Tablets play a crucial role in automating data collection for warehouse operations. They can scan labels without errors. Employees working on the physical floor rely heavily on scanners or tablets and the applications built into them.

Many modules within DATASCOPE WMS must be used with a scanner or tablet.

This user guide will explain how to install and configure the Android Mobile Application. We will show you how to install the Android App on multiple devices (scanners and/or tablets)

To install and configure the legacy Windows Mobile platform, refer to Windows Mobile 6.1 platform

Note: The IP address refers to your Docker Container IP address. For more information refer to the FASTTRACK WMS Installation Guide

  • The HTML 5 scanner-based login screen will open

  • You do not need to log in – you just need the open login screen

  • Below the Login button you will see a little Android icon

  • Select the Android icon

  • A barcode will appear on the screen

Note: There are two barcodes. Use the little arrow next to the first barcode to scroll to the second barcode. You will use both barcodes to install and configure your devices. You can use the arrows next to each barcode to switch between the two.

Note: You do not need to print out these barcodes you can scan them directly on the PC screen.

  • Open the FASTTRACK WMS Application on the device, by clicking on the icon you installed with the first barcode
