This screen allows you to create Cancellation Reasons to be selected when canceling a Pick Slip. It can be turned off or on for Sales Orders, Jobs, or Replenishment picking.

  • Stand next to the line where the star is.

  • Add a reason code

  • Select Apply

TECHNICAL

  • The following System Settings can be updated depending on whether you want the cancellation reason code on the following screens:

    • Sales Order - update the System Setting REQUIRE_CANCELLATIONREASON under System Name SALES ORDER_PICKING.

    • Job - update the System Setting REQUIRE_CANCELLATIONREASON under System Name JOB_PICKING.

    • Replenishment - update the System Setting REQUIRE_CANCELLATIONREASON under the System Name REPLENISHMENT.

RELEASE NOTES

Release 24R2 (DevOps #7821) - The ability to add a reason code when cancelling a pick slip. This can be turned on or off for a Sales Order, Job or Replenishment picking. Refer to the System Settings.
