Inventory Adjustment Reason Codes [STK021]

When doing an Inventory Adjustment, you can add Inventory Adjustment Reason Codes. This module allows you to create these Reason codes.

  • Add a Description in the Description field

  • You can say whether this must be the default Reason code within the Inventory Adjustment Reason code drop-down.

  • Add a GL code. GL codes are generated in SYSPRO.

  • Select Apply

  • Once created, these Inventory Adjustment Reason Codes will be available on the Reason drop-down within the Inventory Adjustment module.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • These Inventory Adjustment Reason codes are linked to SYSPRO (it will be visible under General Ledger / Setup / General Ledger Codes)

SYSPRO REQUIREMENTS & Business Objects used

  • GL Codes must exist in SYSPRO. To add new GL codes go to SYSPRO / General Ledger / Setup / General Ledger Codes (or use the SYSPRO / General Ledger / GL Query screen to lookup a GL code)
