This screen allows users to review the stock scanned using the Pre-Receipt mobile screen. It then compares the scanned values to the SYSPRO Purchase Order line quantities.

The data grid will display the shipment details. Each line shows the total quantity of each stock code scanned for a purchase order and the information pulled from the shipment in SYSPRO.

Four types of messages will be returned in the Message column:

  1. MATCHED - the quantity scanned on the TrackID(s) equals the value on the SYSPRO Purchase Order. This is the ideal scenario for all lines to post. The text color will be green.

  2. OVER SHIPPED - the quantity on the TrackID totals more than the SYSPRO Purchase Order. The text color will be red.

  3. UNDER SHIPPED - the quantity on the TrackID totals less than the SYSPRO Purchase Order. The text color will be blue.

  4. UNKNOWN - In this case, the scanned Purchase Order cannot be found in SYSPRO, or the scanned stock code cannot be found on the Purchase Order. The text color will be red.

All lines must have a MATCHED status to post the LCT, which will receipt the stock into SYSPRO and activate the pallet built up in DATASCOPE WMS.

  • Enter the Shipment Reference number into the Shipment Ref field or use the lookup icon to search for the number.

  • The Receiving Bin will automatically display. This is purely for information. This receiving bin is configured by updating a system setting (DEFAULT_BIN)

  • Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid.

  • All lines must have a MATCHED status. Refer to the Message column.

  • The Post button will remain greyed out, until all lines is green (equal MATCHED). The Operator will have to receipt the quantities (using the Pre-Receipt mobile screen) as indicated and resolve the quantity issues before the LCT can be posted.

  • Once all the lines have a MATCHED status, select Post. A transaction in SYSPRO will receipt the items and the TrackID in DATASCOPE WMS will update to an ACTIVE status.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Users have the ability to edit the PO number from this screen.

  • All UNKNOWN lines must be investigated as DATASCOPE WMS cannot find a match for the PO, line, and stock code combination.

TECHNICAL

  • The Receiving Bin is configured under the warehouse setting DEFAULT_BIN. Browse Settings / Warehouse Settings from the Ribbon Bar, select the applicable warehouse and locate the LCT_PRE_RECEIPT system name. Update or review the DEFAULT_BIN setting. The configured Receiving Bin will be visible. 

  • Ensure the TrackID .rpt template (DATASCOPE_TRACKID_PREREC_LCT_4x2.5.rpt) has been configured for this screen. This is the standard TrackID template. From the Ribbon Bar, browse to Settings / System Settings and locate the LCT_PRE_RECEIPT System Name. Add the .rpt template to the Setting Name BARRELLLABEL.
