WIP Check Out Audit [WIP070]

This module is used to confirm the mass picked on the scanner is in fact the correct mass of the picked WIP Job pallet. It compares the actual weight of the pallet to the combined weight of each picked component, as its standard mass is set up in SYSPRO’s Inventory Master table. It is typically used by factories where they pick weight sensitive products to a pallet and then issue the pallet to production.

  • Enter or select the Pick Slip

  • The screen will update with the TrackID(s) associated with the Pick Slip.

  • The Linked Picking TrackIDs field will display all the pallets (TrackIDs) if products were picked from multiple pallets (TrackIDs)

  • Select the applicable TrackID from the Linked Picking TrackIDs column.

  • The detail of what is on the selected TrackID will display in the data grid.

  • The user will place the pallet on the scale and select Fetch Mass (if no Scale has been configured speak to your local DSP to assist with the Weight Scale Plugin)

If no Fetch Mass or linked Weight Scale is available you can enter the weight manually.

  • Enter the TrackID Tare

  • Enter the Packaging 1 Tare and Packaging 2 Tare, if required.

  • Enter the Scale Mass

  • The software will then compare the actual mass to the theoretical mass. If it is within tolerance the pallet will be passed (updated to ACTIVE). If the mass check fails the pallet will remain on HOLD and the operator will need to manually check and correct the pallet. These variance tolerances can be configured by updating a System Setting.

  • If more than one TrackID were listed in the Linked Picking TrackID column, the user must weigh them all.

  • Select Post

A Supervisor override is allowed on this screen.

  • Once all the pallets have been checked and released the inventory is issued to the Job and the Pick slip status is updated to COMPLETE

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • By selecting Shift+F on this screen the system will check for ran attached scale and also retrieve the weight.
