The Available Stock Query report must be run daily and be visible to the Sales Department. This report highlights truly available stock in DATASCOPE WMS and not factiously available stock from SYSPRO. The user can see how inventory is allocated or reserved by stock code and warehouse.

  • This report is run by stock code, so enter the stock code or use the lookup icon.

  • Please select a specific Warehouse if you need it. If no warehouse is selected, then stock in all warehouses will be displayed.

  • The option to select a specific Bin also exists.

  • Select the Refresh icon to load the data grid.

  • The data grid is split into three areas:

    • TrackIDs – this displays the current stock on hand.

    • Allocations – these display reservations that have been made and not confirmed onto a printed Pick Slip.

    • Reservations – these display reservations that are currently on printed Pick Slips.
