System Settings / User Setup / User Licensing [SET081]

This is not standard with your FASTTRACK WMS subscription (or DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS modules) and must be purchased separately. This standalone application is explicitly used to set up large volumes (+500) of pickface bins.

To use the Pickface Import Application, you will need the WMS_ENET_OBJECTS module, which does not come standard with a FASTTRACK WMS subscription.

To obtain the WMS_ENET_OBJECTS module, you must request a FREE temp license from our Admin department OR contact your local DATASCOPE Solution Provider (DSP) that will be valid for three months.

Note: Additional service costs might be applicable for assistance in setting up the application and preparing and importing the Import Spreadsheet.

User Licensing

The Operator logging in must also have a valid E.Net user license. If the Operator does not have valid licensing, then logging on to the Pickface Import Application will not be allowed.

Set up E.Net licensing

To configure the E.Net user license:

  • Open DATASCOPE WMS

  • On the Ribbon Bar, browse to Settings / User Licensing

  • In the data grid, you will see a list of all the named licensed users with two additional columns called Licensed and E.Net Object Licensed.

  • The Licensed column is for your standard DATASCOPE WMS license.

  • The E.Net Object Licensed column is for E.Net Object users. This column will be greyed out if you are not licensed for the Business Object module.

  • Select the check box per user to activate the E.Net user license per user level.

  • Select Apply to save the change.
