This error might show up on Maintain Pickface screen, located under Warehouse Setup / Pickface Maintenance / Maintain Pickfaces, on clicking the Print button

Solution

From the error log, either the .rpt label for the Pickface bin is missing or the System Setting for the .rpt name is wrong.

• Navigate to System Settings from the Menu ribbon bar.

• Check the System Setting:  PICKFACE -> PICKFACE_BIN_LABEL and set this to DATASCOPE_PICKFACE_4x2.5.rpt
