Task Review [TIL002]

This screen is used for viewing and tracking all tasks created through the Task Management module by each operator.

The Task Management module is a task-driven application that generates tasks automatically when configured as specific actions occur in a warehouse. For example, when a Purchase Receipt is done, the system automatically generates a Put Away task to put away the received pallets.

For more information on the Task Management module, please get in touch with your local DSP (DATASCOPE Solution Provider)

This screen is used to view and track these tasks.

Before using the screen, the Administrator had to set up the Task Management module by configuring and creating tasks using the following set up screens:

Task Master List

System Triggers

  • Various filters can be selected at the top of the screen.

  • Select the Refresh button to load the data grid.

  • All tasks created, either assigned or unassigned, will be visible in this data grid.

  • If the Task Script was configured to enforce the allocation to a specific user, then the new task will automatically be assigned to the user. It will have a status of ASSIGNED, but if the Script didn’t dictate the assignment, then the new task will have a status of NEW and must still be assigned.

  • To allow Operators to Fetch tasks with a NEW status that haven’t been assigned, they must be permitted to Fetch these tasks. For more information, refer to Task Allocation for an Operator
