Note: New stock codes or Lots found in existing TrackIDs can also be counted. Like the normal Stock Take module.

Note:  If TrackIDs that exit in another bin are scanned to the one scanned, you will be prompted to bin transfer the TrackID before counting it in the new bin.

  • The above process must be done for all the selected bins in the bin ranges selected in SYSPRO.

  • Right-click on a line in the data grid will allow you to view the Count Details for the selected line.

  • The Copy option on the right-click menu only copies the stock code value of the selected record into your clipboard for future use.

image-20240711-121155.png
  • The Uncounted Bins checkbox next to the Report View drop-down will display a quick view of all Bins not counted.

image-20240711-121201.png
  • The Exclude Picking TrackIDs remain checked by default as Picking TrackIDs (the active picking slips) usually do not form part of a stock take.

  • There is an option to uncheck the Exclude Picking TrackIDs check box if you need to include them in the count. Unchecking the box will display those TrackIDs in the data grid.

Update Stock Take Data

  • The Update Stock Take Data button invokes SYSPRO’s Stock Take Selection screen (SYSPRO Program Name INVP60). This allows the user to re-run a Stock Take Selection to update SYSPRO’s Stock Take bin range BEFORE processing a final Post to SYSPRO from DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS. This ensures that the SYSPRO Stock Take data is the most up-to-date data.
