If products were received directly into SYSPRO and not through DATASCOPE WMS, you could use this module to print barcoded TrackID labels for those products.

The option also exists to reprint TrackID labels for received Purchase Orders

  • Enter the GRN number (received from SYSPRO) in the GRN field or use the lookup icon to locate

  • Select the Refresh icon.

  • Depending on the Allocation selection, the data grid will load with lines for that specific GRN.

    • If the Unallocated Lines are selected, the system will indicate the number of lines for the specific GRN. A pop-up will indicate if the lines for that specific GRN are already Allocated.

    • If the Incomplete Lines are selected, the system will indicate the number of lines for the specific GRN, that must still be Allocated.

    • If the Complete Lines are selected, and the lines have been Allocated, you will be able to Reprint a TrackID label.

  • If the Status column show a ‘red hand’ then that line still require attention, for example incorrect QTYs has been allocated, once correct it will show a green tick mark.

  • If you must allocate the Unallocated Lines or the Incomplete Lines, you must first do the Allocation. The Allocation works similar to the Allocation process from the Receipt Purchase Order screen.

Only single stock code pallets can be created from the module

  • To Allocate stock codes to a TrackID:

    • Right-click on the specific Stock code line and select the Allocation Option

    • The TrackID Allocation screen will open. This is to allocate the different quantities per stock code to different TrackIDs within the WMS. Here you tell the WMS how many quantities of that stock code are on each pallet

    • Enter each TrackID quantity in the TRACK ID field. If you select TAB, the cursor will stand on the Number of TrackIDs field

    • TAB again for the software to automatically divide and allocate the quantity received between different pallets

    • Select Apply on the Track ID Allocation screen

    • In the data grid, the Status column for that PO line will be updated with a green checkmark to indicate that the TrackID allocation is successful

  • Select Finalize once the allocation is completed.

  • Once all the Allocation are completed, you can select the Reprint button

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Only single stock code pallets can be created from this module.

TECHNICAL

  • Ensure the printer settings are configured to print to the correct printer.

  • Ensure the correct report template has been setup against the System Setting. From the Ribbon bar, select Settings / System Settings and locate GIT in the System Name drop-down. Update the BARRELLABEL value to the correct .rpt template. SettingValue = DATASCOPE_TRACKID_4X2.5.rpt
