This tool assists administrators with copying configured system settings from a Test Environment to a Production Environment. Once copied, the configured System and Warehouse settings will be applied to the Production Environment.

The Test and Production environments must be on the same DATASCOPE WMS software version.

  • You can Export all the System and Warehouse settings from the Test Server.

    • Select the browse icon to select a location to export the XML file too.

    • Select the Export Settings button.

  • Copy the XML file to the Production server (or use a USB device)

  • To Import the exported XML file containing the Test Server System and Warehouse settings configurations into the Production server.

    • Select the browse icon and select the XML from your chosen file location.

    • Select the Import System Settings button

    • Select the required Warehouse from the From Warehouse and To Warehouse drop-down

    • Select the Import Warehouse Settings button.

  • Permission can be managed so that only Administrators can perform this action.
