Clear System Lock [SET078]

This screen is used to unlock the Pre Receipt and Pick Slip Induction screens. These screens are locked when a user is working on them to prevent multiple users from accessing and potentially altering the same data simultaneously, which could disrupt the receipt or induction process. If a user exits DATASCOPE unexpectedly, the lock remains, and an admin must use this screen to remove the lock.

• The data grid will load with the locked screens.

• Select the Unlock tick box.

• Select the Unlock button.

• A pop-up will appear stating the screen has been unlocked.

• Select OK; the screen will close.

• The option to Unlock All also exist.
