Clear Cycle Count Lock [SET011]

This screen unlocks the Cycle Count Approval PC screen if another user has accessed it and is unable to close their session. Due to the nature of the transaction, the Cycle Count Approval screen should only ever have one user active at a time, but sometimes, that user may need to be forced out.

• The data grid will display the Warehouse and Operator who locks the Cycle Count Approval screen.

• Select the applicable user.

• Select the Unlock button.

• The option to unlock all also exists. Select the Unlock All check box.
