Downloads and Port/Upgrade options

This section will cover the integration and technical aspects of the Download a Port/Upgrade Option within the System Manager. This option is used to download ports, upgrade files service and other tools from the DATASCOPE WMS FTP repository.

Note: Some of the Services form part of the WMS Core Services and are no longer required to be downloaded from this section. For more information, refer to the Services section.
The following screen will be displayed once the Next button is clicked.
When the screen loads, a call to the FTP Server below will be made to obtain a list of all the files available for download in this application section.
dsdev01.southafricanorth.cloudapp.azure.com (port 21)
Once the operator has selected, the file will be downloaded from the above-mentioned FTP location to the following local directory:
C:\Program Files (x86)\DATASCOPE\DATASCOPE WMS System Manager\Download

NOTE: If the operator selects an item in the Service or Tools section, the system will allow them to save it in any server location. However, some of the Services form part of the WMS Core Services and are no longer required to be downloaded from this section. For more information, refer to the Services section.
