Bin locations can also be deleted if required.

A bin cannot be deleted if there are active TrackIDs in it. These TrackIDs must then first be moved to another Bin. For more information, refer to Bin Transfers

Try it!

  • To delete a bin you must browse to the Create Bin screen, located on the Main Menu under WMS Menu / Warehouse Setup / Bin Maintenance / Create Bins

  • The Create Bin window will appear

  • Select the Delete a bin button in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.

  • The Delete Bin screen will open.

  • Locate the Bin you want to delete from the Lookup icon

  • Click on Select, once you have located the Bin you want to delete.

  • If there are any active TrackIDs within the Bin, you will get notified and those TrackID must first be moved out of the Bin. For more information on moving the TrackID, refer to Bin Transfers (HTML5)

  • Once there are no more active TrackIDs in the bin you can delete it.

  • A pop-up will appear, asking whether you want to delete the Bins. Select Yes.
