System Settings
The following Administrative functions can be performed on the PC screen.

There are some System Settings to take note of.
From the Ribbon Bar, browse Settings / System Settings and locate the LOAD_PLANNING system name.
HOUR_OF_DAY—This setting value is the hour of the day before pick slips on the Load Planning Board turn purple if they are still in a CREATED status. Pick Slips should never stay in a CREATED status for very long periods. This setting ensures that if any pick slips are created on the same day but before the hour specified, they will be highlighted on the Load Planning Board. (For example, the 13th hour means 1 p.m.)
INCLUDE_LOT_DATA_IN_TRIPSHEET – This setting will show or hide Lot information on the Actual Trip Sheet. The default is if Y(es) is to show on the Actual Trip Sheet.
