Load Planning Board

The Load Planning Board is used throughout the picking process to review the status of the pick slips assigned to each route. Dispatch Controllers will use this board to pre-plan truck loads based on the masses of the pick slips.

Move Invoice to New Route

This screen allows a Dispatch Controller to change the default pick slip (order) route to a different route if required.

Truck Loading

The HTML5 Truck Loading screen is used to load the orders into a truck.

Truck Unload

The HTML5 Truck Unload screen is used to unload undelivered orders from a truck.

Manual Link Pick Slip to Invoice

Occasionally, a pick slip must be manually invoiced in SYSPRO, resulting in a linkage break between the pick slip number in DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS and the SYSPRO invoice number. The Manual Link Pick Slip to Invoice module can then manually link the SYSPRO invoice number to the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS pick slip so that the Load Planning Board will update correctly.

Reprinting

The Trip Sheet is the actual list of all orders that will accompany the Truck driver on the Route while delivering the orders.  The Trip Sheet can be reprinted if required.
