Stock Take and Cycle Counting / Stock Taking / Stock Taking [STK001]

A stock take can be canceled or aborted if required. If you cancel a stock take it will be cancelled in SYSPRO and in DATASCOPE WMS it will be marked as cancelled and you cannot count against it anymore.

  • The two Cancel functions (Cancel SYSPRO Stock Take and Cancel WS Stock Take) are only used when a stock count is aborted. the Cancel SYSPRO Stock Take must be selected first, and then only can you Cancel WMS Stock Take

Cancel stock take buttons

  • DATASCOPE stores all data counted even if the stock take is canceled. (In SYSPRO, the data is deleted)
