Receipt of the LCT as per physical pallet configuration
Inbound Receipt / LCT Receipt / Receipt LCT [REC020]
This DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS module performs the equivalent of SYSPRO’s Shipment Receipt, receiving an LCT (Landed Cost Tracking) shipment and adding it to inventory.
There are four different options to process LCT receipts within DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS of which this is one of them.
The default approach is to receipt the entire LCT onto one Master Pallet and print out a Master Pallet Report; however, if you want to use this approach where the LCT receipt is built up pallet by pallet based on the physical configuration of the pallet, a System Setting must be reconfigured to print individual TrackIDs and not a Master Pallet Report.
Other options to process a LCT receipt includes:

Again, the LCT Shipment with all its costs and the Actual Arrival Date must already exist in SYSPRO.
Enter the Shipment number in the Shipment Reference field or use the lookup icon to locate the number.
The LCT header details will appear for information purposes. All the lines will be visible in the data grid, and the Received column will be highlighted in yellow, with zero for each line.
To start building up the LCT pallet by pallet, select the TrackID Allocation button.
The LCT TrackID Allocation screen will appear.
Start building up a pallet by entering the Purchase Order in the Purchase Order field.
The Supplier Reference field is a free format optional field for a suitable reference per TrackID. It can be left blank if not required.
Select the applicable stock code from the Stock Code drop-down.
The Outstanding Quantity to Allocate field displays the Purchase Order Quantity less all QTYs on current TrackIDs which have been saved.
Enter the QTY in the Quantity field and add a Lot Number and Expiry Date if applicable.
Select Add
Multiple stock codes can be added to a TrackID.
Select Save.
Every time Save is selected, the current TrackID is saved, and you can create another new TrackID.
Continue to build up the pallet with TrackIDs to match the physical pallet in the shipment.
All created TrackIDs will be visible in the TrackID browse window, and you can add/remove stock codes already allocated to them before posting.
Select the lookup icon next to the TrackID Number field.
The already created TrackIDs for the current LCT shipment will be visible in the data grid.
To add/remove stock codes, select a TrackID and press the Select button. The LCT TrackID Allocation screen will open again, and you can amend (add/remove) the stock codes.
Use the Delete Row button at the bottom of the screen to remove a stock code.
Follow the same process as before to add a stock code. Select a Purchase Order, Stock Code, QTY and select Add.
Select Exit. This will update the Receipt LCT data grid with all allocated QTYS.
A green tick mark indicates the entire QTY is allocated to TrackIDs, and a red warning icon indicates that the QTY is over or under-allocated and needs to be rectified before the LCT can be posted.
The Finalize button will remain greyed out until all the lines have a green tick mark.
To rectify the lines with a red warning icon, right-click on the line. You have the option to Reset Stock Code Allocations or Reset All Allocations.
You can exit and re-open the LCT Receipt screen multiple times; the work done on it will remain saved until all lines have green tick marks.
A Variance Report can also be printed at any point in time.
o Select the Print Variance Rep button.
o The Printer pop-up will appear.
o This will print out a report displaying the variance between the QTYs on the LCT versus which QTYs you have already allocated to TrackIDs.
The Update Receipt Totals button will recalculate and refresh the data grid to see if all stock code lines have been allocated to pallets (TrackIDs)
All the stock code lines for the current LCT receipt must have green tick marks to proceed.
Once all the lines are allocated (with green tick marks), the Finalize button in the bottom right-hand corner will be activated.
Select the Finalize button.
The LCT will be posted in both SYSPRO and DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS in the default Receiving bin, and TrackID labels will be printed out.
The printer pop-up will appear. Select Apply to print the TrackID labels.
Once all the labels are printed, a pop-up stating the GRNs have been created will appear.
The TrackIDs are now ACTIVE and ready to be put away into the relevant warehouse bins.
No Receipt Palletization transaction is required, as the stock has already been receipted onto the correct pallets (TrackIDs)
The HTML5 Put Away screen can be used to put away the stock into the relevant warehouse bins.
