When ad hoc material must be issued out of inventory to an existing job, an operator can manually issue the material out to the job. The job may or may still need to get a Job pick slip.

  • Scan or type in the job number.

  • Tab to the next field, TrackID.

  • Scan or type in the supplying TrackID where the material you wish to issue resides.

  • The Bin location, where the pallet is located, will be displayed on the screen (Example: BULK-SA-1).

Note: If there are multiple stock codes and lots on the pallet, you must select which stock code and/or lot you are issuing.

  • Enter the Qty you want to issue to the job.

Note: In some instances, clients issue material using the alternative unit of measure configured for the stock code in SYSPRO. So, you can either use the Stocking or Alt (which is the Alternative Unit of measure) input fields to achieve the same results.

  • The Reason/Notation field can be left blank as this is only applicable/used with the DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS (Reasons can be configured for manual issues. If this is configured it will post to the Notation field on the job in SYSPRO)

  • Select Post

  • The software will issue the stock code and/or lot number to the job you have scanned in both DATASCOPE WMS and SYSPRO and the supplying pallet will be reduced by the same Qty
