WIP Kit Issue

Let us discuss how DATASCOPE PREMIUM WMS manages Kit Issue items in a Work in Progress (WIP) Job. This is not a specific module within DATASCOPE WMS, but rather various settings to be configured depending on how you want to do your Kit Issues.  Kit issuing in SYSPRO is how material(s) and/or labor are automatically issued to a Work in Progress Job.

When setting up your Bill of Materials in SYSPRO, you can flag a component as a kit issue item by selecting the Include component in kit issue check box under the Component Maintenance window of a Bill of Materials (BOM)
