SYSPRO

During the installation phase of FASTTRACK WMS, certain SYSPRO Settings must be updated to work with FASTTRACK WMS.

One of these settings is the key types and presentation lengths to ensure that the presentation length and key types are correct to be compatible with status codes within FASTTRACK WMS.

You must start by opening SYSPRO and locate the Presentation Length Setting - SYSPRO Settings for Key types and Presentation Length
Within the Search Results, scroll down to Presentation length – Distribution – Purchasing – GRN numbers. Select to open the Keys > Distribution – Purchasing screen.
Setup Options – Keys > Distribution – Purchasing screen
On the Keys > Distribution – Purchasing screen, the following fields must be updated as follows:
- GRN numbers
  - Key type = Numeric
  - Presentation Length = 15
- Purchase Orders
  - Key Type = Numeric
  - Presentation Length = 15

SYSPRO Keys > Distribution - Purchasing Setup Options screen

Go to the next Presentation Length setting - SYSPRO Presentation Length - Inventory, Goods in Transit
