This screen is mainly used for the initial take on of inventory into the WMS during the project go-live stage. This module should very seldom be used once the software is running.

However, if some transactions occur in SYSPRO only, you can use this module to generate the matched stock labels for WMS.

This is, however, the simplest way to create pallet labels for all your inventory before going live. You can instruct a few users to work through the warehouse with a scanner and a mobile printer to ensure every pallet has a physical label.

  • Scan or enter the Stock Code.

  • Scan or enter the Bin location.

  • Update the Quantity.

  • Select Add.

  • The next stock code can be scanned (or entered) again.

Once all the stock codes in that Bin location have been entered you can select the Print button.
