Shipping Palletization [SHP099]
This screen can be used to repack or re-arrange stock in the Dispatch area before shipping. This will, however, only be required in exceptional cases.
The module can also be used when you make a mistake during the MSN Grocery Pack checkout process and/or Shipping TrackID build-up and need to move stock from one Shipping TrackID to another. This is usually visible on the Waybill/BOL Maintenance PC screen on the Picking TrackID tab. The incorrect picking slips will be highlighted in red. For more information, please review the Shipping module on the PC screen, Waybill Creation, and Checkout process.
On opening the screen, you will be asked whether you want to print a new Shipping TrackID label.
Indicate in the No. Labels field the number of Shipping TrackIDs that must printed.
Select the Shipping TrackID Type from the Shipping TrackID Type drop-down.
The SSCC Number Required check box will be checked by default. If an SSCC number is not required, uncheck the check box, otherwise, an SSCC number will be generated on a TrackID if specified.
Note: If the SSCC Number Required check box remains checked but is not required for the customer, a warning message will appear stating the customer does not require an SSCC number.
Select Yes if you need a new, empty Shipping TrackID to re-pack goods onto.
The Printer pop-up will appear. Select the correct Warehouse Printer and select Apply.
A pop-up will appear stating that the printing was successful
If you select Yes, a small 4x2.5 inch sized label will print that will only show the Shipping TrackID, similar to the one when you process the MSN Grocery Pack checkout process
Note: This label will be replaced on the pallet with a more detailed shipping label at the end of the Shipping process that contains the customer and waybill information.
Select No if you only want to repack existing Shipping TrackIDs or fixing pallet build-up mistakes during the checkout process. For more information, refer to the Shipping module, Checkout process.
The Shipping Palletization screen can be used in different modes, depending on which tab you select along the bottom of the screen
Let us review the different scenarios
Scenario #1:Â All cartons were packed onto one Shipping TrackID during the MSN Grocery Checkout process but must be split logically onto different Shipping TrackIDs to be dispatch correctly.

Select the check box under the Remove column in the data grid next to the cartons that must be removed from the oversized Shipping TrackID
Select the Remove button at the bottom of the screen

The data grid will also update, and only show the current cartons on that Shipping TrackID
The selected cartons will be removed from the Shipping TrackID

Select the Bulk Pack tab
Scan (or enter) all the cartons removed from a Shipping TrackID
Scan (or enter) the 1st new, empty Shipping TrackID into the Shipping TrackID field, as the new Destination pallet for the removed cartons
Select Post.

Note: The Picking TrackID must be in Status SHIPPING, INVOICED or D/NOTE
The data grid will populate with all the stock codes on that specific Picking TrackID

Update the Quantity field with the Qty to be moved
Scan (or enter) the 2nd new, empty Shipping TrackID into the Shipping TrackID field, as the new Destination pallet for the removed cartons
