Create a waybill when using the TMS
Shipping / Waybill/BOL Maintenance [SHP010]
Waybills are typically used with larger sites. If the Invoice Dialog pop-up was disabled or canceled during the MSN process, then you must create a Waybill.
To create a Waybill, you must browse the Shipping module. In this Shipping module, the pallet wrapper weighs the pallet and adds the dimensions and mass to the TMS to get a final rate shop for the shipment.

If you click on the Shipping TrackID tab you will see the Shipping TrackIDs with the number of boxes on each, as created during the Checkout process.
At this stage the Shipping TrackIDs will have a status of IN_PACKING.
Next, these Shipping pallets must get weighed and then loaded into truck to be shipped/delivered.
Weigh the pallets for the final rate shop.
First, each Shipping TrackID must be weighed, and the dims and mass must be entered. In the shipping area, the pallet wrapper weighs the pallet and adds dimensions and mass so the TMS module can properly re-rate shop the order.
Locate the Shipping Dims and Mass icon on the scanner.
Scan (or enter) the first Shipping TrackID.
Enter the Dimensions and Mass for each Shipping TrackID.
Select Post
Loading the pallets into the truck
Next, these pallets must be loaded into the truck.
Locate the Shipping Truck Loading icon on the scanner.
Enter the Vehicle number from the Waybill. This refers to the Trucks created during the Waybill buildup. The appropriate truck was added when the Waybill was created. For more information, refer to Creating a Waybill in the Shipping Module User Guide.
Scan (or enter) the Waybill/BOL number you are loading onto the truck.
The Shipping TrackIDs associated with the Waybill number will load in the data grid (notice that the Status must be ASSOCIATED or PACKED)
Each Shipping TrackID must be scanned to start loading it into the truck.
Scan (or enter) the Shipping TrackID into the TrackID field.
As each Shipping TrackID is scanned the status will be updated to LOADED and will change to green in the data grid.
Continue scanning all Shipping TrackIDs until everything is physically loaded into the truck.
Select OK
Next you must select Dispatch >> if you select Dispatch, you will see the TMS screen and do a rate shop again.
