After a Credit Note was processed within SYSPROs RMA module, the returned stock must be placed back into DATASCOPE WMS, and SYSPRO and DATASCOPE WMS must be balanced.

The TrackID Creation Advanced module within DATASCOPE WMS will be used for this. The warehouse and bin location that you return the goods to via the SYSPRO RMA Credit note has been selected, and the stock in the RETURNS bin in SYSPRO was returned in the data grid.

  • The warehouse and bin location that you return the goods to via the SYSPRO RMA Credit note has been selected, and the stock in the RETURNS bin in SYSPRO was returned in the data grid. (Generate a TrackID label for returned merchandise )

  • To start work with these stock codes you must first select it. Select the check box in the Select column for the stock code you want to work with

Select the check box for the first stock code.

  • Once the Select check box is selected the Receipt Quantity field for that stock code becomes editable, and you can update the Quantity to the amount you want visible on the TrackID you will be creating.

  • To create a TrackID for the full Qty in the bin, you can right-click on the selected stock code. The following pop-up will appear.

Right-click to select first option.

  • Select Allocate selected lines to a new TrackID.

  • The software will then create a new TrackID.

  • The new TrackID will be created and visible in the right-hand of the TrackID Creation Advanced screen.

  • No TrackIDs have been printed.
