Cancel Dispatch Note [SHP092]

A Dispatch Note can typically be created during the Shipping process or when doing a small parcel MSN checkout. In SYSPRO, inventory is reduced when stock is on a dispatch note/when an order is dispatched, but the financial side still needs to be processed. The dispatch note can, therefore, be canceled, or line quantities can be reduced. This action in SYSPRO places the stock back into the bin it was shipped from.

This screen is then used for the following scenarios:

  • A truck returns or an order is canceled. The stock that was picked needs to be put back into the shelves.

  • An item or a specific quantity needs to be removed from a load. Here, the truck returns because it is overweight, and one pallet or more must be taken off, but only part of the load. We need to ship the rest of the load.

To cancel and/or schedule a reship of the Dispatch Note.
