The module is also shipped with a new standard plugin which allows you to link up a new custom plugin to customize task allocations on the HTML5 Task List module. It will allow you to build custom logic with specific rules for when an Operator click on the Fetch button to fetch his next task. These rules can dictate what tasks to give next, what must be prioritized, etc.

This is a customization element out of the box and provide you with the standard fetch logic from where you can build your own rules on top.
